As home construction expanded across more than 40 acres in the Looking Glass development, Lennar Homes and Naranjo Civil Contractors partnered with Pase Environmental to implement erosion and sediment control. The fast-moving construction schedule required proactive measures to stabilize lots and minimize environmental disturbance throughout each building phase.
Pase deployed a comprehensive suite of BMPs, including hydromulch, coir mats, silt fence, wattles, and rock VTC, tailoring installation to each construction stage. These measures protected active and future building pads, controlled stormwater runoff, and prevented sediment from leaving the project footprint.
The project continues to support growth in the community, with Pase ensuring lots remain stable, environmentally compliant, and ready for ongoing homebuilding.
